Who We are

Who We Are
Pilgrim Church is comprised of people just like you - single, married, divorced, widowed, senior citizens, youth, traditional and blended families. We come from diverse ethnic, racial, and economic backgrounds. Some of us were raised in church and can't recall a time when the church wasn't a vital part of life, while for others the whole church experience is new and somewhat unfamiliar. For still others the church was once central, but they drifted away and only recently returned to their faith. Regardless of your history or background you are warmly welcomed in this place.

What We're About

Our purpose at Pilgrim is to help people establish and grow in a personal, vital relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe in God's unconditional love for all people (the Bible calls it "grace") and His unrelenting desire for us to know Him intimately. This relationship is available to everyone; we simply need to respond by asking Jesus to forgive us and accepting Him as the Savior and Lord, the Leader and Director of our lives. No greater joy, meaning, or purpose exists than knowing Jesus Christ and becoming His followers.

Our Church
Rev. Matthew L. Neumann, Sr Pastor The Vision of Pilgrim Church. is "To Help People KNOW Christ personally and to GROW in their faith." This vision should be easy for all of us to know and remember as we move forward to fulfill this vision. We are committed to being the presence of Jesus in our comunity and are working to touch Deep Creek and Charlotte County in the same way Jesus would if He were here in the flesh. We invite you to explore Pilgrim, find out what we're up to, and see what God is doing through us at Pilgrim! If you want to discuss anything, or if you have any questions, please feel free to call the church office at 941-629-2633.
